Application Procedures
Each child must have a completed application/enrollment form submitted to the Preschool. Contact the Preschool at (510) 245-2273 to obtain this form.

Fees
An annual registration fee of $50.00 is to be paid upon registering the child.
This is non-refundable.

Health and Immunizations
Each child must have a health exam by a doctor and up-to-date immunizations to begin school. The California Department of Social Services requires that a file be kept on each child. The file will contain:

  • Identification and emergency information
  • Child's pre-admission Health History / Parent's Report
  • Physician's Report
  • Financial Contract
  • Child's Sexual Abuse Prevention Pamphlet
  • Consent for Medical Treatment
  • Notification of Parent's Rights
  • Personal Rights
  • Caregiver background check process

Tuition
Tuition is due on the first day of each month.
