About the Valley Bible Institute

“Where can I go to gain a thorough knowledge of the Bible, how to understand it, and what it teaches?” This is a common question asked by church leaders and congregations throughout America. If we have been given everything we need for “life and godliness,” then what is the basic knowledge I need to begin my life-long journey in the Christian life? We are excited to announce the formation of the Valley Bible Institute!

In the Fall of this year, we began a new teaching program. This progams has replaced the Timothy Program as it has been taught in the past. It is a certificated program through the Bible Training Center for Pastors in Atlanta, Georgia. This new effort is called the Valley Bible Institute.

This two-year (24 months) program will cover 5 key areas: Bible Study Methods and Interpretation, Old Testament Survey, New Testament Survey, Bible Doctrine, and Personal Spiritual Life. Because many have requested classes for men and classes for women, the schedule reflects two classes for each subject – one for men and one for women.

Registration is closed for Old Testament Survey (1/8/08 - 5/20/08) and Bible Study Methods and Rules of Interpretation (2/12/08 - 5/13/08).

Registration for all other classes will be made available 8-weeks prior to the first day of class.

Those students interested in taking classes for credit, you must begin by taking Bible Study Methods. Either class is available to those who are not interested in receiving credit.
