Ever wonder what your PURPOSE is? Read on for encouragement in the name of Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.

To know Jesus Christ personally and to share His love passionately.
"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 15:58)

Reach Out Ministry is the evangelism and community care ministry of Valley Bible Church. We do this in a number of ways from street witnessing to hosting free events for the community and providing meals to those in need.

How We Reach Out

Romans Road Classes: How to Share Your Faith
Fishing Tackle—1st class is the basic fishing tools needed for sharing the Gospel.
Casting Nets—2nd class is training on how to use the tools from your Tackle Box.
Master Fisherman—3rd class helps you master the Gospel presentation.

Mercy Teams
Mercy Teams visit those who have already had contact with Valley and who know us. We visit their homes and pray with them, encourage them and share with them what Valley Bible Church is all about. Most of the people we visit are Christians needing a church home and some want to know how to become a Christian.

Jail Ministries
Wayne Moore heads up this ministry. VBC members go to West County Jail on a weekly basis to teach Bible studies and use the Word of God to counsel those without hope. This is an incredible experience! Contact Wayne for more information at [email protected]

Free Community BBQ
This is a free party in the community! VBC adult and children’s choirs provide music, and Reach Out offers food, face painting, jump houses, and the Gospel in the local community.

Welcome Mugs
We provide a Welcome Gift to new residents in our community to introduce them to Valley and let them know that they are welcome here!

LUKE 24/7
This is street witnessing at its finest! We hand out tracks, share the Gospel in parks, and knock on doors.

Thanksgiving Baskets & Gifts for the Bay Area Rescue Mission
During the holiday season, Reach Out offers opportunities for the congregation to take a Thanksgiving meal and provide Christmas presents to families in need.
