It's time to sign up for the VBC Worship Retreat!
What is Retreat? This weekend is a mandatory time for members of the Worship Ministry to get away from the bills, laundry, yard work, and everything else to be set aside for a time of refreshing, preparing our souls for another season and connecting as a team. This year's retreat, the 25th annual retreat, will be held at the Mount Hermon Conference Center in the Santa Cruz Mountains on the weekend of August 21-23rd. We feel this is such an important time for the ministry and it's really important that YOU are a part of it! If you have a scheduling conflict, i.e. a family wedding, contact Rebecca or Cheryl right. Otherwise, we expect you to get this on your calendar and get registered!
Mount Hermon is a deluxe camp experience nestled in the redwoods, but not too far outside of Scotts Valley. We will have shared rooms- 3 people to a room (no bunk beds, yay!) and each room has its own private bathroom. Meals are together in the dining hall, a short walk away from our meeting room. We're going a little earlier this year, so many of the amenities will be available such as the boats and ropes course. It's going to be a great time!

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
DATE: August 21-23, 2026

COST: The cost is $450 per person which includes:
- Two night's lodging, three people to a room (no bunk beds, private bathroom)
- Friday- dinner, Saturday- breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday- breakfast
- Meeting Room space
- All of our usual retreat goodies and antics
THINGS TO BRING:
- Bible and notebook
- Snacks to share with roomies
- Modest swimsuit for the pool, shoes for walking/hiking,boating, layers for cool evenings and mornings- casual attire

REGISTRATION
Please register and pay a $100 deposit to hold your spot by March 15th. Below, you will also find a suggested payment plan or you may pay in full.
You may also pay by cash or check made out to "Valley Bible Church" with "Worship Retreat" in the notes and submitted to Cheryl or to the Church Office. You will be asked to enter your name and email each time you make a payment.
